SUMMERLAX REC is a recreational league for Boys (K-12th Grade) and Girls (K-2nd Grade) where players participate in weekly games and age/ability appropriate programming. This program is open to all players in the Valley whether you are new to the sport or a veteran of the game. SUMMERLAX exists to enable live game experience with an emphasis on having fun playing the game.

DIVISIONS
K-2nd Grade (Co-ed)
30 minute skills 30 minute drills
No pads required. loaner sticks available upon request
Small sided 3x3 games
Boys and Girls welcome!
3-5th Grade (Boys)
30 minute skills 30 minutes 6v6 scrimmage
Lacrosse padding (helmet, gloves, elbow pads, shoulder pads) required.
Loaner equipment is available upon request
6-8th Grade (Boys)
1 hour scrimmage with certified officials
Lacrosse padding (helmet, gloves, elbow pads, shoulder pads) required.
Loaner equipment is available upon request
9-12th Grade (Boys)
1 hour scrimmage with certified officials
Lacrosse padding (helmet, gloves, elbow pads, shoulder pads) required.
Loaner equipment is available upon request
